Yes. We can customize the machine size, processing capacity, number of screen decks, mesh aperture, contact material, inlet and outlet positions, motor, voltage and control system. Yes. Customers can send material samples for a trial screening test. We can provide a video of the test process and screening results to help verify capacity, separation accuracy and material suitability before the equipment configuration is confirmed. This reduces selection risk, especially for fine, sticky or difficult-to-screen powders.

Standard equipment can generally be dispatched within five days. Lead times for customized machines and complete production lines depend on the design, configuration and order quantity and will be confirmed in the quotation. Before shipment, the equipment is assembled, commissioned and subjected to a continuous factory test. International shipping can be arranged according to the destination and delivery terms.
